Beautiful Office Conversion
The home office / unused wall area was turned into a climate-controlled wine room holding over 700 bottles. The glass wall is the CAVEA so it is air-tight and impervious to the sunlight coming in from the other side of the room.
The close-up of the racking is a new design to utilize the “dead space” in the corners. It is a simple yet attractive way to increase bottle capacity.
NCV designed the space and completed all demo and re-construction. This included electrical work, repairing the floor as needed, and installing new trim along the outside of the wine feature so it blended with the existing wood.
